Richard Kutche is an of-counsel attorney for Employment Rights Attorneys. He has been practicing over 23 years handling business, commercial, real estate, trade secret, securities and employment litigation through initial pleadings, discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals. He has extensive experience in the California courts representing both individuals and businesses. As an experienced trial attorney, he has tried cases before both juries and judges. He also has extensive experience representing clients in Arbitration Hearings before various arbitral organizations.
Mr. Kutche has experience representing numerous clients before federal and state agencies, having represented clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Comm., Div. of Labor Standards Enforcement, and Dept. of Fair Employment & Housing.
Mr. Kutche is a licensed attorney with the California Bar Association, and he is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
Mr. Kutche was admitted to the California State Bar in February 1991. He received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. He also has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice & Corrections from Ball State University (Indiana).
Mr. Kutche was formerly with the law firm of Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel before starting his own private practice.
